I was dissatisfied with this product for many reasons.
1. Basket was not pattern shown- pattern was important for recipient of gift- if not going to be the same, please put that in the description.

2. Product was described as serene spa with lavender- just a few of the items in the basket were lavender. It was a mix of berry, linen, rose and lavender, and I did not like that mixed up combination for "serene spa", which would normally be all lavender.

3. Book described was not book received. Again, if not going to be the same, please say so.

4. Did not receive reed diffuser described. Replaced with small linen jar candle. Again, same as above.

5. Potpourri refresher spray was leaking.

6. Body butter was only half filled and not neatly in jar.

7. Floral stationery for "serene spa" was a few sheets of bright yellow with a small vase of red flowers and a few envelopes? Please...

The basket was nicely put together; however it was a total dissatisfaction as far as the quality of the products in it. I had to take it apart, use a few of the items I could and made my own "serene spa" basket. I now have the rest in my closet which I will have to use myself to get rid of them. I ended up spending another $40 in products for my basket to get my gift out on time for the holidays.

I notified the company in an email through Amazon, but I have never heard from them on this product. I don't expect a refund as I did not return the product, but a reply would have been nice.

I could have gotten better quality in a $25 basket from Walmart, where I paid $60 for this one.

This gift was purchased for Mother's Day for my very picky mother and she loved it. She said it was well put together and the products were wonderful. I've since sent this also as a birthday gift and it was again well received. Very nice!
