My daughter wore this for her first birthday! It looked adorable and fit great!!! We love it and know she will will for at least the next couple of years!

Nicely Packaged, and completely A-D-O-R-A-B-L-E!! Need I say more?? Okay, I will... My daughter likes to put hers on and just twirl around, and it is so colorful, full, and fluffy! I like that it has a gentle elastic waistband, so that it will stretch with her as she grows! Lots of cute backyard pictures with this one!

It's very cute and everyone gushed over my daughter when she wore it for her 1st Birthday party.
However, it's just an elastic band (white one so you can see it very clearly through the material) with strips of tulle looped around it (similar to how bookmark strings are looped onto a bookmark). So really, I could have easily made it myself.
It's cute though and at 19 months, she still wears it. I've had to re-loop a couple of the tulle pieces since they were falling off, but that's going to happen since they're not sewn into the elastic band all the way around.
Not bad though. Cute.
