It seems that the dilectable chocolate eclair is a rare treat in bakeries these days; and the frozen processed variety just doesn't cut it in my book. These Wisconsin Made chocolate eclairs are a bit pricey, but they are the real thing. Mine shipped promptly and arrived in a rounded-edged
reusable styrofoam freezer-pack;complete with dry ice. Inside, the generously sized pastries were packed 4 per box. It took incredible self control to wait out the 24 hrs thawing time.
Two caveats:
1. Don't even try to eat these one handed. The non-dairy custard filling is just too heavy.
2. Bite the bullet and wait out the recommended thawing time--it is so worth it!

Purchased the chocolate eclairs as a gift. They arrived on time, in great shape and still frozen. The recipient stated that they were generous portions and were possibly the best eclairs she had ever had. Will likely send these as a gift again.

Great product, great service and fast shipping. I've placed several orders with this bakery and have never been unsatisfied. I now send these and many of their products as gifts as the quality is always consistent.
