Good support to ease the pain Mar 27, 2007
By J. Chu I have some chronic shoulder and back pain for long time due to too much computer work and some bad posture control when I'm too concentrate to the screen. There are many products for the posture correction but most of them wrap around your shoulders, not comfortable if you wearing it for a while, especially underarms could get hurt. The appearing is also awkward if you wear it top the cloth for get it off easily. I have tried some of them but gave it up eventually. This support makes difference. It's made in US, good material and produce quality. Three small beads bags on the bottom of the straps. Two bags are fixed, and the central one is removable. Each bag weighs one pound. For ladies two fixed bags would be enough and man can use three bags to get better results. You won't notice the results right away when you put it on, and you may doubt if it works. But after few around, 2 hours on, half an hour off, which is what suggested by the manufacture, you can tell the difference. It really releases pain and won't let you shoulders get tense. The good thing is it's very easy to put it on and get it off, and even you wear it top your cloth, it would be just like you are some kind of law enforcement who wears a strap of pistol grip. So this would be a truly unisex support, because no guys like wearing something looks like a bra or straitjacket. I'm carrying it anywhere right now, to work, drives, speaking the drive, it really helps for long trips. The only thing I wish is the straps can be little bit longer, so the beads bags can be down little bit lower to fit the better drive position, but you can take one bag off if they disturb between your back and seat, also can pull down to near your hip though the straps would be tighten but it's not too much. I'm 5'10, and fell comfortable, but if you are taller, it may be too tight if it's pulled down too much. I'm thinking to get one more and keep it at my working desk, so I don't have to carrying it around.

GREAT SHOULDER SUPPORT Mar 23, 2008
By Debra S. Banzhaf

This shoulder support is wonderful! I highly recommend it to anyone who has shoulder and/or upper back pain. I have tried 6 other types of supports; they worked while I wore them - sometimes - but did not actually IMPROVE anything in my posture, muscles or joints. This support has truly strengthened the muscles I need to keep my shoulder in place, and, very importantly, it has taken away the pain almost completely. I sometimes had to use prescription pain pills; no more. I tried chiropractic, physical therapy, massage, and this shoulder support is the only thing that has truly helped, and made my own body function better.Body-Rite Posture Pleaser Support

Corrected my posture Feb 24, 2008
By E. Amend
"Satisfied"
Very pleased with the product. It corrected my posture immediately. I work at a computer all day and have done so for many years. It has taken a toll on my back; have become round-shouldered because of it.
When I first started wearing it the straps were a litte uncomfortable but have gotten use to it. I wear it all the time in the house and hopefully one day I won't have to wear it.

Great for handcrafters Aug 28, 2009
By PurpleKat There are a lot of reviews here from computer users, but I wanted to put in a shout-out from a handcrafter. I know we've all had that between the shoulderblades pain after hunching over our work for too long, and I'm here to tell you that the Body Rite will make that go away.
I do a lot of handcrafting, especially knitting, crochet, spinning, and sewing, and a day devoted to my hobbies used to leave me with a terrible pain between my shoulderblades that left me laying on the floor and praying for the asprin to kick in. The Body Rite, which I first had recommended to me years ago by a professional seamstress, has put an end to those days. I can feel it correcting my posture, and while it did leave my back a bit sore at first (I wasn't used to standing up straight!) I noticed the difference right away when I put it on and used it while I was spinning. Before, I couldn't go for more than a half hour or so without having to stop, so I was surprised as the time ticked by, and I kept spinning, and I felt fine. I can -really- tell the difference if I forget to use it.
I did knock off one star because the straps are way too thick. I'd like to be able to wear it around all day, but after a while, the thick straps get to irritating the skin under my arms, even through a shirt.

Just o.k Jan 18, 2011
By Kennedy The posture pleaser is just ok. When i put it on, I immediately noticed a change in my posture, so did others. It definitly pulls your shoulders back, which is what I wanted. But after wearing the brace for couple of hours, the straps under the arms start to rub against your body, which is uncomfortable and it hurts! I purchased another support brace for 1/2 the price and it does a better job. It pulls your shoulders back AND it has cushions for the underarm area.
Like I see, this posture pleaser is just ok.
