No Problems Mar 27, 2009
Didn't have the problems the other two reviews mention. If you look at the Swiss Ball guidelines online they consistently say to use a 26 inch ball for heights of 5' 6" to 6'. Inflating to 26' with the hand pump does take persistence. Measure out 26" between two boxes or a box and the wall and inflate until it just touches.
The version I bought at Costco had all NTSC video DVDs.

Exercise ball way too small Oct 11, 2008 This set comes with lots of equipment including a well-detailed book, wide choice of video workouts (although they are boring, the exercises are quite effective,) and a terrific set of supplementary equipment. However, 3-in-one ball only comes in one size --26"-- which is way too small, and I am only 5'6". The video instructors use larger balls that fit them.
I am quite disappointed and will have to return it to the store.

good equipment, but watch out for the DVDs Aug 13, 2008 The set may be worth it for the equipment alone - the ball, band, and web all seem to be good quality. I bought this set from Sam's Club, and afterward found out on the publisher's website that the DVD is not intended for North America. *edit: the publisher's website references and ISBN different from mine - my version may indeed be intended for U.S. use* My home DVD player could not play any of the DVDs. My laptop managed to start one of them, but it could not play the other two because the disks are warped! Not sure if I'll be returning the set yet - I needed a ball anyway, and the additional equipment may be worth the overall price - but if you're looking for instruction (and especially if you live in the U.S.), best to look elsewhere. The book is 192 pages with full color photographs and looks like it has helpful information in it, but the binding does not allow it to lie flat and thus is difficult to use while exercising.
